Coming to America



So here I go! I've paid cash for my ticket, I have one of the oldest, most beat up, replacement passports in existence with extra pages added in Mozambique. I have stamps from two Arab countries, and a Russian Visa. I'm a Czech resident to boot.

Let's see if they let me in the country!

  • I am sure that your expression of worry is done the tongue firmly pressed against the cheek. However, I honestly haven't seen another time when one like you, PT, displayed any doubts being able to enter to America before. If anything, this goes to show how much the world and especially America has changed. Pitty!

  • praguetwin, I predict you will encounter no security and travel headaches as a result of your battered passport and the information it contains or as a result of your citizenship.

    However, it may be that you'd prefer to stir the interest of security personnel and find yourself briefly detained to provide material for your blog. Perhaps if you put a dish-towel on your head and secured it with a fan-belt, and shook a koran in the faces of the security people your wish would come true.
