Welcome to the world of free trade. While I was reading the article I kept thinking of an old friend that was stationed in Germany years ago. He said that he had always thought he was a very good driver and liked going fast. That was before he drove on the major highways in Germany. He said the people there scared him half to death and left him in their dust. What are their speed limits now?

No BurgerKing in Czech but I think they have them in Germany. McDonalds everywhere.
Still places with no speed limit in Germany. Speed limit here is about 85 MPH, and you can do 90 without worrying a bit.
