Breakdancing

It has been a while since I saw any. Let me just say, the sport is still progressing. I saw this year's contest. This is two years old, but it is the best I could find.

If you want to see more....

Here is the 25 minute version. What is that language? Swiss German? Anyone?

  • AFAIK, Swiss don't have their own language, but they do use Italian, German and French.

The subtitles are in German (doh) and sound dub sounds "Nordish".

  • Yeah, I know all that, but if you hear the Swiss speak German, it sounds totally different than when the Germans speak it.

Obviously the sub-titles are German, and although the spoken language sounds "Nordish" it is definitely not Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finish, which leaves me in a real pinch.

I thought maybe it was Dutch, but I don't think so.

  • Mike, I think you might be on to something with the Dutch. Perhaps the South African, Afrikaans which has it's roots in Dutch?

  • Hey, that is possible! Thanks Rocky!
